PASTOR EMERITUS GWENETTE DAVIS

Pastor Gwenette Davis was ordained and licensed to preach the gospel by Second Chance Fellowship (SCF) under the Pastoral leadership of Pastor Curtis Leaks, III.   At SCF she served in many capacities to include the Hospitality Committee, Women Ministry Leader, the Outreach Committee, Director of Christian Education, and currently as the Assistant Pastor.

Pastor Davis is proud and thankful for the ways in which God chooses to use her and is grateful for her assignment that allows her to spread the gospel! However, her greatest joys are found in her role as wife, mother and grandmother. She is the proud wife of Deacon Alphonso Davis, Jr. for forty-six (46) years and the mother of three amazing daughters and one talented son.

Dr. Kenya Gray is a dynamic force at the intersection of faith, creativity, and communication.
Answering her call to ministry at just 17 years old, she stepped into the pulpit with purpose and
has since dedicated her life to uplifting others through transformative leadership. From serving
as Media Director and Youth Pastor to Director of Discipleship Development, she has spent over
a decade shaping ministries and mentoring the next generation of believers.

Now, as the Pastor of Communications for Olivet Fellowship Baptist Church here in Memphis,
Dr. Kenya is at the helm of digital strategy and engagement, ensuring that the message of hope
and empowerment reaches beyond the sanctuary and into the hearts of people everywhere.

DR.  LAUREN ROSENTHAL DNP, APRN, CNL, FNP-C 

Join us for a great Conference May 17th. 
 
Our Health Lecturer, Dr. Lauren Rosenthall has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Organismal
Biology/Minor in Criminal Justice; Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of
Tennessee Health Science Center; Post Master Certificate for Nurse Practitioner from the
University of Memphis.  Dr. Rosenthall recently completed her studies for her doctoral degree
from Abilene Christian University.   Currently, she is employed by the Veterans Medical Center
as a Nurse Practitioner in Cardiology.
Lauren has a passion to empower women with the knowledge and confidence to intentionally
make choices and lifestyle changes that will lead to a state of holistic health.

FEATURED SPEAKER - THIRD SUNDAY
REV. ANGELE SAUNDERS JOHNSON M.DIV

Rev. Johnson has over 20 years of corporate, faith-based, and nonprofit experience,
which includes 10 years of executive leadership experience in corporate training,
performance management, and financial fraud. Rev. Johnson is ordained in the
Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and has served in various capacities on the local,
regional, and general Church levels which include, immediate past Executive Director of
the International Disciples Women’s Ministry of the Christian Church (DOC), Chair of
Tennessee Commission on Ministry for the Christian Church in Tennessee, and
Executive Board Member for the Christian Church in Tennessee. Rev. Johnson currently
serves as the Chief Administrative Officer of the Disciples Church Extension Fund
(DCEF) where her work is focused on increasing DCEF’s capacity to assist member and
partner congregations through loans and investments through her leadership of the
human resources, IT, and Operations departments of the ministry.

FEATURED SPEAKER - FOURTH SUNDAY
MINISTER REGINA HARRIS

Regina Harris began her service as a youth leader at Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Roger’s Pruitt.  She later accepted a call to preach the gospel at First Baptist Church under Pastor Keith Norman. Regina founded Greater Faith Christian Ministries and continued to preach and teach sound biblical doctrine from January of 2008 until December of 2024.  While she no longer pastors Greater Faith, Regina still loves working with her husband, Gabriel, in couples’ ministry and counseling.  Of all of the accomplishments she has had, the greatest of them all is being a wife to Gabriel, a mother to Jeremy, Gabrielle, and Jordan, and a grandmother to Nadra and Jada.
