August Schedule
- Higher Impact Sunday School Lessons for August: First Sunday “I’ll Believe It When I See It”, John 11: 14-16; 14: 5-8; 20: 24-29; 21: 1-2; Second Sunday “A Dirty Job”, Acts 6: 7-10; 7: 54-60; Third Sunday “Tell Me What You Know”, Acts 22: 3-15; Fourth Sunday “Home Is Where The Heart Is”, 2 Timothy 1: 1-6; 3: 14-16; Fifth Sunday “All Are Welcome”, Acts: 16: 11-15, 40. Please join us in person or via Zoom at 9:20 am for devotion; 9:30 am for class. Unit III: Faithful Witnesses Spread the Good News.
- Bible Study Hour WILL NOT BE HELD DURING THE MONTH OF AUGUST.
- Children’s Church will be held on Sunday, August 9th. Finance Ministry will be meeting immediately following Worship Service.
- Servant Leaders will meet on Tuesday, August 11th from 6:00 to 7:00 pm in-person.
- The Women’s Support Ministry will meet via Zoom and in-person on Saturday, August 15th at 11:00 am. Please join us!
- The Pastor’s Esteem Ministry will meet via zoom on Saturday, August 22nd at 11:00 am.
- The Memphis Baptist Congress of Christian Education is scheduled to meet at Friendship Baptist Church (1355 Vollintine Avenue) on Sunday, August 23rd at 3:00 pm, where Dr. Walter Green is the Pastor.
- Our Youth are scheduled to sing on Sunday, August 23rd. Youth Rehearsal will be Sunday, August 16th immediately following Worship Service.
- "Give Our Sunday Best" will be Sunday, August 30th. Please dress your best and give towards our Building Fund.
